Good Afternoon.

I am the owner of this forum...  http://www.network54.com/Forum/401269/  It was brought to my attention by some of my members that when they click on "My Account" that they are getting this page:

ForumProblem.jpg

I wasn't sure if this was a problem that had been reported to Network54 or what, but when I clicked on "My Account" I get this too.  When I click on "Edit Forum" I do not get this message.

I have members who are very concerned about why they are getting this...
I am not having any computer problems, but I wanted to bring this to your attention.  I don't think it's "my" computer... as others on the forum are getting this message, too.

Thanx so much.

They probably forgot to pay for the renewal of the certificate. It happens. More than you'd expect for something so important. I've done it myself. The place where you pay for the certificate doesn't really always remind you that payment is due, you just find out by having that error message show up on your site.

I'm not sure exactly what you mean... what certificate do we have to pay for?  I'm getting this message too, and I've never paid for any kind of certificate like this... and for so many to be getting it all at the same time..????    I can't get anywhere on the forum when I click on "My Account", but I can get to my files if I click on "Edit Forum"... they don't have that option as I am the only one who can edit the forum.

the owners of Network54 do. The security certificate comes from an outside source. All it does is certify that the website is owned by someone reputable (it's a bit more techincal than that, but that's basically the porpose of it). The lack of a security certificate does not automatically mean the website is corrupted or the owner(s) are corrupt.

I don't get that error message when I go to My Account, but I am constantly logged in. I will try logging out and seeing if that makes it happen.
