Mr Ripper - further help required...

No score for this post

Our forum ( Forum/258889/ ) has a user who cannot respond to threads or sub-threads and gets the following error message from "(c) 2011 CloudFlare, Inc." when he tries to preview or respond to a thread.

'Website Currently Unavailable
The website you are trying to access is currently unavailable. Please try again at a later time.
If you are the site owner, review the following resource to help resolve the issue.'

He is using a PC (not Apple) and has tried three different PCs (XP and 7) with the same result. Do you have any suggestions to help resolve this issue? He can still view the forum and the posts.

Using your resource, he found that "cdn.viglink.com" and "api.viglink.com" were blocked on his PC, so he set his security to allow them, to allow (temporarly) Active-X, and to set network54 as a trusted site. He still has problems with posting and post previews.

Appreciate your kind help if any. Thank you for your time!

Regards
Kelvin

I already responded to his e-mail and forwarded all of the information to the support team. His problem is beyond my pay grade......
