First, you MUST login with the default browser for your operating system, regardless of the browser you use for surfing.
Second, sometimes, you have more than one cookie on your computer from Network54. You MUST delete them if you do. Just do a search for files with network54 in them. Delete any that look like an e-mail addtress, with a txt file extension. Close all browsers, then reopen the default browser, put in the link from the e-mail and try again.
