2 things....
1. Delete ALL Network54 cookies. Start by closing all browsers, no matter which browser you use for Network54. Next, for Windows, hit Start, Search, Files or Folders. Type "Network54" in the search box. Let it run, it may take awhile. Delete anything that looks like [email protected] (username will be your computer username, not your Network54 username). Now, login to Network54 with your DEFAULT browser, regardless of which browser you use to surf Network54 sites. For ALL Windows installations, this is Internet Explorer. No other browser will authenticate your account except your default browser. Once you are logged in, click the link to authenticate your account in the e-mail, DO NOT CLICK THIS LINK BEFORE DOING THE ABOVE OR YOU WILL HAVE TO DO IT ALL AGAIN.
2. If that still doesn't work, forward the entire e-mail to [email protected]
Sometimes, you can have up to 4 (maybe even more) Network54 login cookies, depending on a few things, like where you login, how you login, etc.... The authentication procedure sees this as multiple accounts, even if you have only one.
