Not only are the N54 guys pretty busy, but most likely there are other people who could benefit from the answers to your questions. Heck some of us may even already know the answers!

1. Why exactly was my computer blocked from that site?

I want to know who I can talk to and how to reach them.\
2. I am not the only one who used an assumed name.
3. People have used bad language in some of the messages.
4. Why I am I targeted?
You did not answer my emails. I can't phone anyone because I don't know any of your extenion numbers.

2. 99.9% of Network54 users use "assumed names". No one is blocked for that reason.
3. Did you use bad language and then were blocked? 
4. You may not be targeted. What makes you think you are?

Let me make an assumption here, since I have nowhere near enough info to help you in a more precise manner... You are being blocked from posting on a forum you used to be be able to post on, correct? No one here can help you with that. If you were not purposely blocked, which is the right of the forum owner where you are having this problem, your IP address may be in the realm of those that were blocked by the forum owner. It happens. That is the main reason why blocking IP addresses is such a monumental waste of time. The only person that can help you is the owner of the forum where you are being blocked. Do you have access at all or are you blocked from even visiting the forum? If you can read the forum, try to find a contact link for the forum owner (sometimes, the only link is in their posts, under the e-mail heading).

OK, I saw your other posts. I am starting to understand why you may have been blocked. One post about this issue was more than enough. Replying to years-old posts having nothing to do with your issue to try to get your message across is not the way to get answers here.

In your one post, you mentioned your antics on their forum. I'm not surprised you were blocked for that. I'd block you from my forum if you pulled that on there. Hopefully, you learned a valuable lesson about self restraint and NOT hitting the "Send" button before thinking about what you typed. It's far too easy to type something rude and/or insulting when you think there will be no repurcussions. Just think "would I say this face-to-face?" before posting and you should be OK.
