Hi Guys,

I need some help regarding the "observation hatch" on the turret of the Shi-Ki version of the Type 97. Was the top of the circular hatch a solid piece with the "periscope" attached or was it a pair of "doors" as on the regular Chi-Ha? I have seen it depicted both ways, on models, but have not been able to find an actual picture or info as to which is correct.

Thanks for any assistance.

david
