Can anyone point me to a good reference either on the web or in print that would have some pictures or illustrations of what the interior looks like under these two hatches of the JGSDF Type 90.



Any help would be greatly appreaciated.

Hi, Wayne.

I searched for a photo of exhibition vehicle some web-sites. But it's difficult to take a picture there for necessary to climb turret. So there are only few pics and the hatch was closed by chain.
Therefore, taking a picture of inside the hatch will not permitted in a general opening to the public.

TAMIYA 35260 "JGSDF Type 90 Tank w/Ammo-Loading Crew Set" is including parts inside of the hatch .

I'm giving consideration to opening up these panels on Trumpeter's 1/72 Type 90, so the link to the instructions will be very useful for my scratch building activities.

It is unfortunate that there is so little reference material available here in North America on Japanese armour subjects.
