Hi, Brad.

The video is part of TV program. His name is Yuji Ishii and his works are published magazine "Master Modelers".

The caption of filter wash is as "Humbrol Enamel Color / Matt Black + Oil paint / Cadmium orange + Burnt umber + Petroleum".

Adding, translation other captions,
"Vallejo Model Color / Dark yellow + Deep yellow + White" as drybrush on dark yellow part,
"Vallejo Model Color / Reflective green + Deep yellow + White" as green part,
"Vallejo Model Color / Chocolate brown + Deep yellow + White" as brown part.
"Vallejo Model Color / Germ. cam. black brown" as chipping,
"Vallejo Model Color / Cavalry brown + Dark yellow" as red primer
and "Vallejo Model Color / yellow" as scratch of dark yellow.
