FS: Vintage All Stainless Steel Timex Q Quartz - $45 Shipped









Heres a hard-to-find Timex Q quartz in overall TZ 80% condition. Brushed and polished finish all stainless steel case with stainless steel snap case back and screw in Timex A cell battery hatch. Case measures about 38mm without crown. 19mm hooded lugs.

Case is marked France; dial is marked Taiwan. Not sure of exact date, best guess is mid-70s.

This watch needs some TLC and would make a good project for someone so inclined.

Timex Cal. 865 quartz-driven balance wheel movement. Watch runs in dial up or dial down position, stops in other positions. Does not keep accurate time as of now, was keeping good time until recently; will lose 30 minutes and then seem to keep okay time.

Non-quickset day/date @ 3. Day advances properly, date does not advance. Case back is marked water resistant (not guaranteed by me).

Vivid blue gradient dial. Silver hands and markers. Plastic crystal has a chip between the 3 and 4 markers, crystal will need replacement if you plan on a restoration.

Watch is sold as-is, head only. No strap or box. Watch is in the U.S.
