Hubby's watching American Gladiators

Oh my gawd - I don't know who's scarier, the male or the female gladiators. The men don't even look real - they look like cartoon characters. The women are VERY BIG and very muscular. Both men and women gladiators put on this goofy macho act. All of them - glads and contestants - indulge in this ridiculous "I'm gonna kick butt" stuff. I just find it all too stoopid.

Hubby gets a kick out of it.

I love that show!

Loved it in the first iteration, too. This season's challenges are more technical in some ways - but it is still cartoonish and silly in the machismo (both male and female); despite that I love it!

Whenever I utter the word "exercise" I will rinse my mouth with chocolate!
