I spoke with Brett this morning about the inconsistent rangefinding with my 10 - 50 x 60 scope and he said, wow, you definitely need to send it in and we'll get you taken care of but let me check if we have any in stock to replace it with, do you have a mildot or NATO reticle? I tell him mildot, gets back on the phone and says they are out of both scopes and do not have any in bound in the next shipment. Tells me to call at the end of the month to see if they have replacements in bound on the next shipment so that I can send my scope to him when they have a replacement ready to ship out so I'm not waiting with nothing and to ensure it doesn't get lost in the shuffle waiting for a replacement if I sent it now...I wish some dealers could give that kind of service/communication!!!
