That is the same problem with mine. I installed the 12 ft/lb kit and got 9 ft/lbs. I then put in a 16 ft/lb kit and now get around 10.5.
I thought you installed spacers to your original 12 ft/lb kit. This apparently is not correct. How did you get the 11.5 that your rifle now shoots at?
Did you make a second purchase and get the now advertised "adjustable kit"?
Is it not possible to use spacers in your original 12 ft/lb kit?
