It is on the registration form, albeit a bit difficult to find -- if one looks under Awards, you will find that "Juniors" are those 15 and under as of October 16 (part of the "age" question in the registration block at the end). Just in case, "Seniors" are those 65 and over as of October 16!
I am told that the Nationals used to be a 3-day event. Most clubs try to start a bit earlier on Sundays to somewhat accommodate travel. While tie-breakers may extend the finishing time, shooters with tight travel schedules always have the option of forfeiting in the tie-breaker (or perhaps arranging a rock-paper-scissors tie-breaker privately?). I wish we could accommodate everyone's needs, but it seems every two-steps forward results in one or more backward and it is just impossible to meet everyone's needs let alone our needs as the hosting club.
