"Any design of pellet that is completely constructed of lead, lead alloy, zinc or zinc alloy only."
Does anyone know the reasoning for this rule? Why only allow Lead (Pb) and Zinc (Zn). I have noticed a variety of lead-free pellets on the market. Dyanmic makes Tin (Sn) pellets and a number of other companies make steel core plastic pellets. Many of them are very light weight and may not be suitable for field target but I'm still wondering why they are not allowed.
