The Maine Airheads FT event is raring to go...........

We will have a 7 lane course set up for the novice with a pcp, bucket, and bipod at each lane. This will be a good opportunity to allow new shooters to get a taste of field target and a good look at how we play the real game. The 25 target 10 lane regular FT course will be challenging. All shots can be made witn no obsticles in the way. This will make a good warmup for the NERFT Championship or any top event for that matter. We will open the pratice range at 9am and hold a shooters meeting at 9:45 The course is nicely shaded so heat shouldn't be a factor. WE will have bottled water available on lanes 1 thru 7. We are planning lunch right after the end of the shoot and hope everyone can stay and enjoy the food with us. We are not charging a registration fee for this event but will have a donation can or box available if anyone would like to donate to our cause. Awards will be available for all classes the AAFTA recognizes depending on class participation. One thru three shooters.... First place, One thru five shooters.... Second place. One to seven shooters... 3rd place. Directions to our location are on the AOM web site. Weather at this stage looks pretty good! However, if it looks like a wash out we will post any cancelation here and plan a new date.
