FT is about fun. About sharing ideas, times, hardships (like the oppresive heat or the occasional downpour) and good, natural, all outdoorsy time with friends.

I would strongly concur with you, Jock, that a good time was had by all.

Hope Crosman finds the wherewithal to host the Nationals AND the NERFTC next year. PERHAPS they will need some help, because as much as the top-brass at Crosman (Roy, Ed & Mark) gives their support to the Match, it cannot be stressed enough that all "Crosman-redshirts" were there on a VOLUNTARY basis.

Asking a group of associates to cede all the time needed to prepare one of these events plus the weekend in full is a tall order, but the fact that there are so many volunteers gives you an idea of how good a company to work for Crosman is. Asking the same group of volunteers to do it TWICE in a year is, I think, a little stretched.

Guys, I THINK we need to pitch in, offer some real help, if need be.

Ed and Mark are truly sensible guys and Ray and Hans are excellent spokespersons between the shooters and Crosman. Let's see what is the tone and shade in the near future.

I am sure some of us would be willing to be there by Wednesday or Thursday to help setup and make sure all the preparations are in place for everyone to enjoy. There is a lot of talent in the FT community, we just need to pull it together.
