shooting at the nationals should be qualified by having placed in club matches at a certain level. not sure of all the details of that, its just the concept that i support. the problem may come from the fact that there may not be enough numbers to make a national match work financially if you exclude possible shooters. Not all high placing shooters can afford to go or are inclined to travel to the nationals which might leave a very small field and make it financially difficult for the promotor of the match.
