After rotating the scope, you adjust your hold so that the crosshair is level.
The important thing is that you hold the gun so that the scope is directly above the bore. Your grip/stock might end up canted a little, bit so what, the gun will now shoot straight. Having the grip slightly canted to favor your dominate side can actually result in a more natural feeling hold. If you don't like the grip to be canted at all, you'll need mounts that can be set to line up with the grip. But that is not necessary in order to correct cant problems.
