I very much appreciate what you clarified as I understand it to mean that whether a shooter is tall or short, he/she will be able to shoot at all targets from the same positions as the rest of the competitors. That is the way it should be; nobody should be forced to shoot at a target in a free position(sitting) lane from a more difficult position(such as kneeling) than the rest of the competitors because of visibility problems related to physical size. I take it that you are applying the same consideration to kneeling lanes, so nobody will be forced to shoot them from an offhand position because of visibility issues.
