Iron sights need to truly be iron sights, red dots should be in scope class. Anybody that thinks they remotely have the same skill set is nuts. Using red dot sights is easier, and now many of them have ballistic reticles in them which would be an added advantage. I know that some people want to put those two together because it is easier for juniors and seniors, but those that have taken the time to truly learn to shoot iron sights "well" will rarely reap the rewards of their hard work if a shooter equal to them, or even lesser, is using a red dot sight. (see the word EASIER, less sight alignment errors and better visibility in low light conditions)
I also question the hangy tank rule. Unless you also make it legal for anyone else to have a hangy weight off the grip for a stabilizer/brace even if their tank is in front of the gun. So long as the field can be made equal then maybe that would be okay.
My jury is out on the remote tank, having never shot one it is hard to make an assessment as to how it would affect shooting skills, if any. However, in a long match someone with a large remote tank doesn't have to watch or worry about air pressure and its effect on accuracy, but everyone else does for the most part because pistols tend to lose air fairly quickly. Again, goes back to making it fair for everyone while still being able to bring out all different types of air guns and feeling like you can be reasonably competitive with the guy you are shooting with.
but what you and the folks you shoot with think. But, since you asked: after a couple of years now shooting PFT, I don't see that there is much advantage to be gained with a barrel longer than 14" - so why not allow it? Same can be said, IMHO, for 12 FPE limit and 12x scopes. I'm also of the opinion that, using the same target that we use for rifle, and assuming the difficulty factor of shooting a pistol vice a rifle is about 2 to 1, that max distance ought to be 30 yards (unless you want to increase rifle max range to 80).
Also, assuming enough competitors, I'd rather see three classes: irons, unmagnified optics (red dots), magnified optics.
