It was cold enough inside to freeze an ice cube but 7 brave shooters showed up. Not as many as we usually have but I would imagine that many of our regulars were still recovering from the holidays.

We shoot at 50 feet so range finding isn't a factor. It's really nice to do since it gives the shooter a chance to actually test his marksmanship without having the variable of distance estimating.

Lot of small hole tho' so you still have to hold pretty hard to shoot well. It's interesting that a lot of the misses were with medium sized holes. I have this theory that small holes makes you shoot better.

Remember, Harvey is holding his benchrest match this coming Saturday morning (1/14). That'll be four targets with 25 bulls per target, for a total of 100 shots. Lots of pressure and the competition is really tight.

We just use a lot of small holes and some big ones too. Just to be nice, you know. hee hee
Everything is a measured 50' if you stay even with the line. Seems kind of easy doesn't it? Our theory is - it's so damned cold inside that your wobble area increases from the shivering.
