Repetitive motion injury.
It's common. I'm 60. Things wear out. It can heal but not as fast as we age. I can't push it like I used to.

Both of my arms have tennis elbow, well, did. I had surgery on my right arm a little more than three years ago. The left responded well to the physical therapy and did not need surgery. Three years 8 months later and the left arm is acting up again, putting unneeded strain on the right arm(retained 90% strength after surgery). I start physical therapy this week on both arms. I work as a carpenter so it's not uncalled for. My stubborn nature of not wanting to give up is what led to both arms being injured
