Bring it up, some boby have to trigger the bell. I knew it long time ago. Some of us "Ham Operator" are not yet OPEN big enough, or trying to be defensive due to reason ? ?. Competative ideas .. projects and will lead to nowhere but wastage. Make a good write-up and tell every body about it. I can feel that some HAM on the other side are waiting for some body from BARC to do say it. Good luck.
