It was about noon time when Stephanie Mcmahon was sitting in her office perusing through what at first appeared as financial reports. She sat back in her chair and blew a bubble from her gum then held up the latest issue of Vogue magazine.
She had just flipped the page when the phone began to ring interrupting her reading. Stephanie pulled the magazine up higher trying to ignore the phone when the phone rang again.
"Debbie! The phone is ringing!"
Again the phone rang annoying Stephanie further till she put her magazine down.
"What the hell am I paying you for anyways?! ANSWER THE PHONE!"
Stephanie looked at the clock and saw that her secretary had gone to lunch and on the last ring she picked it up.
"Hello? Yes this is Stephanie, who is this? Yes, yes i've heard of you, you put on all those runaway shows in Paris for Versace. What? You're kidding, you'd like me to come to Paris, model your showstopper and I get to keep it?? Yes i'd love to, when is it? Tomorrow? Oh"
Stephanie looked at her appointment calendar that had Ecf primed with the Gauntlet match circled with her red lipstick. Steph chewed on her lip and looked at the phone.
Phone:"Hello?? Ms. Mcmahon? Shall I purchase your ticket?"
"Yes i'm here and yes i'll be at your show. Thank you."
Hanging up the phone, Stephanie called her limo driver and her personal assistant to pack an overnight back. Stephanie left her office to the exit to wait for her limousine. "I'm going to paris"
Meanwhile, on the other end of the phone, a smile that spread over the caller's lips "Guess who the new referee is for the Gauntlet match.."
