Hi Pooja,
I need to show crystal report with data from database, but when everytime it shows the report it is asking for connection, when the userid, password, database name is given it connects, how to supress this.
How to make the report not asking the connection details, because user wont be knowing the details and we should not give them.

Is it possible to send from jsp page to report, but with out passing the details in url.

more over iam using 5 subreport, for each subreports it is asking me he connection details.

Please go through Calling a Report from within a JSP page Using Hyperlink and take a look at the sample code which will explain as to how one can invoke a report using JSP.

Yes,it is very much possible.I suggest that you go through scr8_urlcmds.pdf to find out how your string should look like ,incase you want to pass the Username and Passwords for your sub-report as well.
