I joined this forum in like, May or something, but I havn't been on in a while. From then till now, I've been kind of on and off with dieting, fasting, binging, etc. But now I'm going to be better and if it's ok, try to be active in this forum.
You all obviously go so far back, and if you don't want a newbie around the forum please tell me, I totally understand and I don't want to be a neussance (sp?) to you guys.
But if you're cool with me staying, I'd like to get to know you guys and maybe loose weight together
Anyone have any ideas on how to keep up metabolism without much eating? I always worry about that.
