It is so horrid what has happened in America. I have been watching the news with a sense of disbelief - how can this be happening, has the world finally gone mad?

I want you to know that I am deeply saddened by the events of the day and am keeping all my friends here at Healing Our Lives in my thoughts. I truly hope that you and your loved ones are safe and that you have them near you so you can support each other through this most terrible of times.
