I know it's hard, but it is so worth it. If you have just recently started your therapy (a year ago?) then it's just the beginning. Please know that there is hope and there are others out here that are pulling for you. Four years ago I'd have never imagined that I would be where I am now. It was painful and it was gruelling, but I can tell you that it was well worth it.
It doesn't come all at once. It is a slow process, but one day you will be so very happy you made the decision to heal.
