When Paule first asked her questions, your first response was, "If you ARE multiple, I cant help but wonder why you wouldn't know these things for yourself? Seems an odd thing to ask." This was perceived as "bad" because you first of all questioned if Paule was multiple; secondly, you implied that anyone who is multiple would know the answers automatically; and thirdly, you judged the questions as being "odd". This could easily be seen as being unsupportive, even if that was not your intention. I hope this helps to clear up some confusion on your part, and I hope you are well.
