My dear how I wish I could take your pain away. I know far too well what you are going through. I had to file 4 years ago. It was the hardest decision I had to make. I worked very hard all my life to get good credit and one marriage took me down. I can tell you that I am so GLAD I did it. After you get over the initial shock and grief of having done it, it only gets better. I wish I could help you with the money situation also because I also know how that goes. I wish you the best. If you are not getting credit due to bad credit, then it is time to file. My father said that same thing to me. He was always so proud of me for being the one that could handle money and then I went to him with that. It was one of the lowest moments of my life, but I did it.
