I'm so sorry that your doctor didn't understand. I'm glad you are at least on a waiting list to get a therapist, and hope it doesn't take too long. And it makes perfect sense to be glad to have somewhere to write even though you don't know what to say. Perhaps you can spend some time getting to know us and letting us get to know you, and whenever you are ready to write about more, you can do that.
