I wrote a letter to my room mate instead of talking to her and getting too emotional. I wrote about going back to work.
She was very kind and responded right away with she wants to think about what to say to me and she would get back to me. she also said that she appreciated the letter and she cares. that makes me feel good. I am feeling a lot of pressure to go back to work.
Also, I am almost off the klonopin and I have bad jitters but I am almost done and I feel good about that too.
