Just thought I would let you know that all was ok seeing the old t last week. Lots of tears, as expected but ok. The goodbye box was good because it contained all our thoughts and feelings about having her as our t and as I knew would happen there was noway I could have said it all. She was really appreciative of the box also and has said that if there is more we need to share with her then we can post it to her and she will put it in the box. So its like there is somewhere for those feelings to go, they wont just be bottled up inside.
I have a greater sense of peace inside now about moving onto another t even though there is still a lot of saddness.
