Hi there. I want you to know that I totally understand what you are saying. You are in a place where you are trying to make changes in your life, and you are trying to replace the old with the new, but you don't yet know what the new is. It will take time to learn what the new is....and in the meantime everything is very unpredictable and therefore uncomfortable for you. I want you to know, though, that as unpredictible and uncomfortable as it is, it is a normal part of the transition, and it will get better as you learn the "new". So be gentle with yourself, don't rush things, and remember that you are healing. I'm here if you need to talk more.
