It is a wonderful thing to know that there is someone out there that believes in me other than myself. Yesterday was kind of tough. I had a lot of things going on in my head that was making me act evil. I had a lot of hate inside that I needed to get out so I wrote myself a note with all my feelings starting with the worst and ending with the best. I felt so much better. I called and told my husband what the note said and he said that he was proud of me and he thought that I was doing really good. That made me feel proud of myself. You know, I've rambled on for the past couple of days about myself and I just realized that I never stoped to ask you how you were doing. I hope everything is good with you.
