Im in Western Australia and we are having a bit of a heatwave at the moment. We have just had two days of 38C and are expecting 40C today and tomorrow, with mid to high 30s for the rest of the week (sorry I dont know the Farenheit conversion), it is just too hot!! Maybe if I stand on the porch and blow hehe you can have a little of our heat to warm you up.
Margaret, on the disconnected feeling, do you have it for large periods of time? It seems to go on for days at a time, I am not losing time just not fully present. I assume its when an alter is close to the surface even though I may not know who it is or why they are so present. Do you think this is a reasonable assumption or am I way off track. I would be interested in your understanding of these feelings.
