Hi Paula, I can hear that life is pretty tough at the moment. I am glad you got the email address, if you would rather use it than posting on the board then feel free to do so. As for where to start, just go with what ever comes to mind, sometimes we just need to let our thoughts flow to ease some of the tension. If I am unclear on anything I will ask, so don't worry about me not understanding what you are trying to tell me, we will work it out.
