Right now I am not taking anything, but in the past I have had very good results with anti-anxiety meds such as Lorazepam and Diazepam and antidepressants such as Paxil for the PTSD. Prozac is NOT good as an antidepressant if you are jumpy because it just makes that worse. I have a lot of trouble with vertigo and Diazepam is a specific for vertigo so it does double duty in that case. Be fore-warned that some antidepressants, including those named above, have serious (temporary) side effects that can interfere with romantic relationships (being discreet).
Switching happens not to be a problem for me, so I have never taken anything for that. I can't imagine that such a drug could exist. There might be headaches or dizziness with switching, for which you might consider home remedies (close your eyes, lie down, have a cup of herbal tea). But I don't know so I am just guessing.
