Sorry, I don't know of a hotline number where people know about DID. There are hotlines in every area but usually they know more about problems that are more common, like drugs and alcohol. Usually the hotline numbers are answered by someone who isn't even a Therapist, but the good thing is that those people at the hotlines have their own lists of phone numbers to call. Maybe you could call information in your area and ask for any hotline numbers they have. Then ask those people at the hotlines who you can call to talk about DID. They might be able to give you some referrals.
I think if you find a therapist, she would be able to help you develop some tools to deal with the things that are bothering you the most. I know it can seem pretty overwhelming. You might need to feel like you have more control over your life. I hope you can find some help.
