I will email you- but it probably won't be until the weekend- I've had an incredibly exhausting week trying to make a really difficult decision-and need to head to bed now, but wanted to at least respond quickly. I have the book Becoming One but haven't really read it- I'm not sure I'll totally integrate or partially- right now I think partially- but down the road- who knows.... still haven't found a crystal ball to purchase- but it's not for lack of trying believe me!
