How to recognize depression

  Depression is a common mental disorders. According to the World Health Organization (WHO) estimates that cause depression is the world's fourth-largest factors of disability. Its incidence is increasing rapidly. In Western countries, people in their lives in a period of up to one-third all have a depressive episode, 15% per cent of people diagnosed with chronic depressive. Survey of WHO's global burden of disease estimates that by 2020, caused by a depression will rise to second place in the number of patients with functional disabilities, second only to cardiovascular disease. Among symptomatic diagnosis, and also by means of psychological measurement, including clinical rating scale of mental health, depression rating scale, objective assessment of the degree of depression, to guide treatment.
  Reburning and the risk of recurrence of depression, antidepressant drugs can make 65% per cent of patients with depression in a better condition, but can also cope with psychological treatment and physical treatments. According to the age at onset in patients with depression and the special physiological stage, postpartum depression, depression can also be divided into involutional depression and depression in the elderly.
