Thanks everyone for entering our tourny, we wanted 140 entries and got 241, so its major! Anyway we now have two venues and a bus, bit like the English, Boys U13 is at Trent Bridge squash club on the saturday and all B tournys are too. Still over 80 kids there, so thats bigger than some other tournys in england.
PLaying times will be emailed/posted next week so we look forward to seeing you all.

Yea she gotta get credit she has done a good job again this year but you cant forget the other guys helping, well done dave and nick. I just hope she doesnt do any refereeing!
The best ever 241 entries, and over 100 trophies given out and £2000 worth of prizes. Hope everyone enjoyed it. We have one big problem tho, and thats that a yorkshire GU17 parent has complained to England Squash that she had to play 3 games on the sunday (the only way to fit everyone in was to ask the U17 to all play 3 in one day)No one else minded because the quality of the event was so good. Now because of that complaint, Chris Nutley has said he won't sanction it next year unless we only play 2 games and that means only 16 entries in the boys events. We now might have to turn away over 100 entries, not run the event, run it as an unsanctioned event, or tell England squash we are doing it our way. One person has managed to spoil this event now for everyone...well done that parent! Hope your happy!
We have just spreadsheets the results for england squash, will ask them if they would publish them on their website if anyones interested. If not look on www.nsrc.co.uk and I will ask our web person to put them on.
Full results will be available shortly i think. But the few results i know are:
BU15's Peter Dickinson bt Oliver Holland 3-2 very good young players,
BU17's Steven Wykes bt Andrew Widdison 3-0,
Bu19's Lewis Walters bt Eddie Charlton 3-1 great match,
Gu19's Katie Quarterman bt Kirsty West 3-0,
Gu17's Millie Tomlinson bt Kim Hay 3-0,
Great tournament, Great weekend!
