| Why are the eygyptions so good?
Are the english catching up with them now, or are they still a lot stronger...or maybe you think the French are catching up with the English?

A lot to do with Mubarak playing squash and a lot of money avaliable to
promote the Juniors.Squash is the second most popular sport after soccer.
Imagine if Queen Elizabeth played squash maybe there would be more funds avaliable to promote and develop game... |

While you cannot deny that some are extremely talented and determined the simple answer to the question of "Why are Egyptian Juniors so good?" is that most appear to be taught from a very early age that WINNING IS ALL THAT MATTERS.
While Egyptians are learning that winning is paramount most others are still learning to enjoy playing and that sportsmanship are still the most important things. The positive end though is that boys and girls become men and women and do learn to cope with the antics and referees in seniors know all the tricks and the handicap gets shortened. The Egyptian girls have won countless World Junior and Britih Junior Open titles but where are they in seniors? Ramy and Amir are special and won at both levels but many other Junior Champs languish in seniors when the opposing boys become men and the refs catch on.....
