Do we really take back everything we read to the word and see if it holds up?....or do we just can't wait to hit the respond button to say the answer we have based on preceived beliefs or notions on an issue or topic?

From what I see in Phil...I applaud his slowness to answer and his ability to support what he says...he always gets me back to the word with his answers."

But I do appreciate the encouragement... We all need that!! Thanks!
And, as far as responding quickly, well, Yeah, I'm guilty... Often my first response is a negative approach... human nature, I guess... But I'd rather this be a positive place and so, I have to seek God's face on a lot of things... Bible Study & meditation really helps.
