Nope, I don't know of any command in the Bible to celebrate the resurrection of Jesus. But I think it's a wonderful thing to celebrate, can't think of many other events in the history of the world more wonderful that the resurrection of Jesus Christ =). We don't know the date of his birth, but I love celebrating that too - another of the most significant, amazing events in human history.
I do realize that not everyone celebrates these days, and I'm assuming from your questions that you do not. I do believe that Jesus died and rose again, just as he said he would. I respect that you don't celebrate Easter, and I assume Christmas as well -- but even if you don't celebrate those holidays, do you agree that the birth, death, and resurrection of Jesus are pivotal events in human history where God reached out to us and showed how amazing and profound his love for us is?
Romans 14:5-6
English Standard Version (ESV)
5 One person esteems one day as better than another, while another esteems all days alike. Each one should be fully convinced in his own mind. 6 The one who observes the day, observes it in honor of the Lord. The one who eats, eats in honor of the Lord, since he gives thanks to God, while the one who abstains, abstains in honor of the Lord and gives thanks to God.
