[Amberly had skipped practice for the past two days but had been to her comp cheer practice. She didn't want to be anywhere near Cassy. She knew if she saw Cassy right now she wouldn't be able to be the bigger person. She explained to her coach why she wasn't at practice and he gave her a week off.
