Personality: She's friend, outgoing, but extremely mysterious. She doesn't talk about her past, or family much at all. She has one nasty little temper. Arcane's extremely smart and creative...eccentric in a lot of ways. She's kind of punkish.
commentary: Arcane has lived with her older brother Jericho for whats going on 6 years now. He's a cop that just transfered here (he'll be NPCed unless someone wants him)....Arcane doesn't talk about why she lives with her brother or where her family is. When someone asks her she gets really snappy and emotional.
