5G civic/3Gintegra swap

i have a question hopefully some one can answer, i currently have a 1.5 auto in my car and i just bought a B18A1 no tranny i want to put a manual transmission on this what exactly might i need to do,

another way i might ask this is did honda make specific engine blocks for auto or manual? plese help
