CX 1.5L Upgrade routes available???

I have a 94 civic hb cx 1.5L 8v engine and am lookin for info on increasin the power output without swappin engines, how strong is this engine and how far can you go with it? I'm new to the civic world so the more info and tech advice the better. I need web sites for info also. I want to keep the car a daily driver but well you know what I'm lookin for "within reason".
