Besides when I was a kid and boys would tease me by pulling my hair, besides that, people ask and I let them. If it is a guy I don't know very well I feel a little nervous, but I can understand that for whatever reason men LOVE hair like mine. Because of the culture we live in they may not ever have another chance to touch hair as long as mine. It would be even more unlikely that they would ever date/marry someone with hair as long as mine. I don't mind sharing my hair b/c it is such a rare thing and people are only curious...
Of course there are limits, but so far nobody has ever treated me in an improper way b/c I let them touch my hair.
